A complete disaster in the entire trip management, as I have read in other previous comments, it was a mistake to hire them, they gave us more headaches than they helped us. We had problems before, during and after the trip. Before in the management of reservations, during the transfers (the telephone numbers they gave us were either from Monday to Friday and the emergency number was only in English and they did not give us a solution, in short they left us stranded and we had to find a life in abroad). But the worst of all came after the trip, and that is that we filed a complaint and they laugh at the client since they tell us that it actually seems that they have not met their objectives but the solution they give us is absurd and they also tell us that we can go to Consumer Affairs but that they will not participate in any Mediation... In short, avoid these types of places, nowadays it is better to prepare the trip yourself, it is cheaper and you will be sure that things are well done. I have dispelled the myth that Viajes El Corte Ingles is a serious and important agency... I no longer know if it is the company in general or the Toledo Agency in particular.
